Hello all! I'm simply entertaining offers on my brand new (1 week old) Shuttle SN41G2 (Special Edition in BLACK aluminum) system with the following specs:

- BLACK Shuttle SN41G2 w/ nForce 2 chipset with built-in NIC, Optical/Digital Sound, 4 USB 2.0 ports, 3 FireWire Ports, 1 Serial Port, Keyboard/Mouse PS/2 Ports, and Dual VGA outputs via the built-in nVidia GeForce 4 MX chipset
- AMD Athlon 2600+ CPU
- 1GIG (2x512MB) Crucial 333Mhz DDR-RAM
- 80gig Western Digital Special Edition 7200 RPM 8MB cache Hard Drive
- Samsung 52x CD-RW/DVD Combo Drive (black)
- Shuttle 6-in-1 Media Card Reader in the Floppy Drive slot (black)
- 1 PCI slot for user upgrades
- 1 8x AGP slot for user upgrades (filled with a Inno3D nVidia GeForce 5200 FX 128MB 8x AGP graphics card w/ DVI-out & VGA-out)

This entire system was professionally assembled and all parts work perfectly. It's only 1 week old and makes a perfect gaming/multimedia system that looks very sharp...the black case & black drives set it apart from the other "mini-PC" systems. Pictures can be sent via email at the customer's request. The entire system is in pristine shape and I have all the original boxes/packing/etc. to go with everything. You can view my eBay feedback under: "darrenthedoughboy" and a few feedbacks down you'll see a $3,500+ transaction I recently completed as well as over 160 others.

I'm not looking to part it out, I want to sell/trade it as a complete system.

TRADES I'd be interested in:
*Apple G4 Cube Systems
*Apple G4 PowerMacs
*Apple's + Cash

I'm looking to fetch about $800, but I'm a fairly flexible guy and will take a listen at all resonable offers/trades. Thanks!

Feel free to post here, PM me, or email at darrenmurph@mchsi.com or all 3

Hi there,

I'm wondering how you came up with your asking price? I can build the exact same system (although substituting a comparable video card) at NewEgg for 870.96 plus tax)...

Not meaning to offend, just curious how you came up with your price.
I am mildly interested, just trying to see if I'm missed something here.

And also, please post additional pics if available and your reason for selling so quickly?

Sorry about the high asking price...just judging interest.

I'm only posting this to see if I can find an offer I'm definitely interested in, so I'm not certainly selling it unless an offer comes that I really like...no real reason for selling so quickly, just seeing what offers may come.

Edited asking price btw

Also, I can email more photos to an email address if requested.

I tried the same thing, but had no luck (I still have my SN41G2 up, but its silver and has a Radeon 9700AIW in it) maybe your black one will sell a lil better.

Good luck!

Darn.. I'd buy it if I could sell my current PC - only because yours is smaller. Would you consider a trade? It has similar specs but comes in a huge Alienware server case.

Pentium 4 2.2GHz overclocked to 2.6Ghz
1 GB of DDR 333 Ram
120GB Western Digital Special Edition 7200 RPM 8MB cache Hard Drive
GeForce 4 4400 TI 128MB
SoundBlaster Audigy Platinum
ATI TV Tuner VE PCI Card
etc..

Just so you can see how big the case is..

You probbably won't be interested considering it's a PC but it's worth a try.. Ah well

Man that's such a tempting offer, if I had any display besides the Apple 23" Display, I'd trade you in a minute.

But if you do sell it & come up w/ the money, just let me know! Thanks!

Ahhh man you're killing me here!

Man I would absolutely love to, however, I've discovered (hindsight is 20/20) that traditional DVI-outs on video cards can't push a digital signal past 1900x1080, thus I'm being forced to scale down my 23" HD Display, in which I don't want to do. The only solution is a Mac w/ an ADC connector, and that's the main reason I can't use another PC...so sorry, but if you do sell it just let me know!

Actually, you can use the 23" Display with a PC. You would just have to pay $150 for Apple's ADC-to-DVI converter. A friend of mine is doing the exact thing.

Oh I've got it hooked up right now w/ Apple's DVI-to-ADC converter, but it doesn't change the fact that I can't push the resolution over 1920x1080, and I need a resolution of 1920x1200.

Plus, I miss OS X on my desk, and I'd love to either get a G4 now, or put the cash from this towards a G5 PowerMac.

The Shuttle XPC System has officially been SOLD!!!

Thanks for everyone who showed interest!

The cash from this system has been used to purchase an item I've always craved ever since I got into the Mac World...A CUBE!!!

I'm pleased to say that thanks to a fellow MacNN member, I've just purchased his Cube from him and as of next week I'll join the ranks of the happy Cube owners around the world!! I'm eyeing a CPU upgrade, but I'm unsure if that'll happen just yet. Cheers!
