I want to buy or trade for the following:
Seagate Barracuda ATA IV 80gig
Model: ST380021A
It can be new or used just as long as it works, and it must be exactly the model number listed.
When my cube exploded last Summer, I guess my drive **** the bed too. I called seagate and a few recovery places and they said it was a possibility that just the circuit board needed to be replaced.
Since much of my data is located on this drive and Seagate will send me an entirely different drive under RMA, I want to try a different circuit board before I undergo expensive data recovery for this drive.
Please reply if you have one of these drives available for sale or trade.
