Well, it's about that time...
...time to clean out the closet!

Sorry for the late reply - been busy with new house / bank stuff
For the USB cards, $10 and $15 shipped for the 2 & 4 ports cards, respectively.
For the Nexus 128, say $60 shipped.
This is assuming we're shipping to North America.
