This v4 PS2 comes with:

Messiah Chip - boots everything great
Qcast tuner
Sony Network adapter
2 controllers, s-video connector, + games (PM me for list)

Only thing needed is a new laser. Rather than putting in a new one I am going to buy an xbox. You can buy new lasers at lik-sang.com and other places.
