I just bought a new 30 gig 3G iPod and as such I'm selling my original iPod.
The item for sale is in completely mint condition. I had trouble with the battery and Apple replaced the unit. They provided a 90 day warranty with it as well. The unit is 10 gig with mechanical scroll wheel. It comes with original firewire cable, power adapter and a mint condition Waterfield Design case in red (sfbags.com - $40 retail).
Regarding the condition, it's literally mint - no scratches on the front or on the stainless back.
I'll include the documentation for the 90 day warranty as well. I can provide detailed pictures of the unit and case.
