DVI to VGA - not used. Still in packaging $10 (cost $20 from Apple before taxes and shipping)

Etherwave adapter: $30. Selling because I got rid of the printer that I was going to connect it to. I do not have the power cord for it, but you should be able to use any power supply cord.
