Unfortunately for you friend, I just checked eBay for some recent "sold for" business.

Turns out my tibook can get anywhere from $1200-$1600+

I appreciate the offer though.

SORRY , YOU WONT GET $1200 TO $1600 OFF EBAY FOR A G4 550.
YOU CAN GET A 12" 867 FOR THAT MONEY.
MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO ON EBAY AND SELL YOUR POWERBOOK.
YOU CAN EXPECT TO GET THAT AMOUNT ON THIS BOARD.

Ebay's full of crackpots, and maybe you can get one to pay more than $1100, who knows? I'll just tell you street value, which is $1000-$1100.

And Ohnad, cut back on the caffeine a bit, okay?

Sure, well $1000-1100 sounds right, especially with whatever upgrades I have. I'm not delusional. My eBay response was soley catapaulted by Ohnad's crackhead offer of $750. Oh, and his forceful, "let's meet in Forest HIlls," finisher.

Geez.

Ebay will always pay more (for more headache). I just wanted to know what people thought this machine was worth.

thanks!

I sell everything on eBay and find it is less hassle than 'real life.'

People ask more intellgent questions before they buy and are seldom disappointed.

Perhaps I will, or maybe I will sell it to someone here for $1100... most probably I will keep it, cause it's a great machine.

Though if you can't see that $750 is a ridiculously insane offer, I can't help you.
