I have a brand new Waterfield Design SleeveCase for the 12" Powerbook that I never ended up using (brand new condition).

It costs $52 + shipping from WaterField and is exactly the same as their current sleevecase (I ordered this one about a month ago). It comes with the optional flap, which protects the top edge of the Powerbook (see the picture below).

It is, without a doubt, the best sleeve case on the market (looks great, durable, and offers great protection).

I was going to just list it on ebay but I thought I would see if a fellow MacNN member wanted it first.

I'll take $30 for it.

does yours have the shoulder strap or ballistic cover?

He says it has the ballistic flap, and based on the $52 price it doesn't have the shoulder strap.

djmpower: Had I not ordered my own sleevecase two days ago, I would have bought yours--darn!
