Music and software "transfer" is illegal...unless you're incuding the cds and packaging. It's a plus, but not a treason to charge more...good luck.

Software without a licence is worthless. As for the music, all you've got there is a few hours of downloads from Kazaa. Personally, I don't often pay for pirated material.
