1) I'm not sure if I'm allowed to sell a downloaded copy of missingsync (w/ legal serial number) ... If this is illegal, please advise me!

2) I'm selling my copy of missingsync because I'm going back to palm after being "influenced" by the nice specs of a iPaq 3870 (it will be for sale on eBay real soon)... retail value is 40USD. Best offer will be accepted (20$ is reasonable)...
