I only needed this for the ethernet chip. It is not missing anything else. I got this from ebay "as is" originally. Galaxy and some other places will refurb these boards for $250 so you can have a brand new motherboard.
The speed is 400mhz and if multiple people want parts instead of the whole board i'll part it out.
