Does anyone have an iBook or PowerBook for sale?

I need these specs:

500Mhz
384MB RAM
12" Screen
Airport Card
15GB Hard Drive
Combo Drive

or:

any powerBook G4 with at least 256RAM and an airport card.

I have $625 to spend.
