I've had a PayPal account for a few years, but I don't use it that much.

Anyway, I have an ATM verified.

But I want to buy by my other Credit Card.

Do I need to get that verified or can I just use that to pay since I already have a verified ATM card?

Is paying by credit card the same as using it in a store?

I want to pay for a comptuer on Ebay or craigslist using my credit card because it's safer.

Why don't you ask Paypal? At any rate, yes, you can link your credit card to your paypal account. Don't ask me how to do it, ask Paypal.
