There was a person on the iBook forum that used them and said they were good. I haven't had experience with them myself.

Ive read reccomendations for them elsewhere and theyve been around long enough that if they sucked theyd be gone by now.

Our company purchased a Laserwriter from them a little over a year ago and it came DOA.
This item was to have a 30 day warranty.
I called to have it returned and they said they wanted me to try and repair it myself. They then sent me a new logic board only after they placed a $100 deposit on my credit card. I then returned the logic board and the machine still did not work.
I ask them to take the machine back but they refused. They said it worked just fine when it left.
I then took it to a local shop which coeecrted the problem - it was in demo mode. Also the drum was out and needed replacing which is about $300. I then called them and faxed over the invoices for repair work and replacement parts. They refused to pay for anything and said that they would give me $50 credit on my card for my troubles but its now my problem. I never received the $50 credit nor did they ever resolve this problem.
I have read many other complaints about them on other message boards but I can only give you my experience.

I used Mac Of All Trades, bought a PowerBook but it had screen problems, so I shipped it back (under the 30 days warranty), and they sent me the full refund. The customer service people were very nice; all in all it was a great experience....man I miss the screen and size of that PowerBook....
