Oh the irony, I was once looking for a cube on these boards and almost bought one. Didn't get it then, and don't need it now.

My friend is looking to sell his Apple Cube G4. It's a 450mhz G4 with 320mb RAM and an upgraded 80gb Hard Drive. It runs perfectly, it looks pretty perfect (didn't look too hard for any of those hairline cracks, but didn't see any). It comes with an Apple optical mouse and an Apple keyboard. The power supply was replaced 8 months ago.

It will be shipped in its' original box with all of its' original manuals and disks. It'll also have a fresh install of Panther on it to get whoever buys it started. (No disks will be included for that, it is up to the buyer to get a license for it or delete it.)

Looking for $750 plus actual shipping costs. Will take Paypal or a money order.

The Apple Cube is a work of art (it's in the Smithsonian!) and is highly upgradeable. It'll take a Geforce3 and the new Powerlogix 1.4ghz G4 upgrade, more than keeping up with today's software. Did I mention it's small and purty?

thanks-

geoff

cracks update: the unit has a couple of scratches on the back and sides, none very big and all a result of normal wear&tear. The front has one tiny scratch near the top-front. They all can't be seen unless you really look for them and if you get the same plastic polish that works on the ipod, I'm sure you can get these out.

thanks!
