I've never sold any software before and am not sure if what I want to do is legit. I purchased the upgrade version of MS Office v.X. I knew I had my Office 98 CD in my collection...yeah right. Can't find it. Can't obtain a duplicate CD as it was purchased years ago and I don't have any proof of purchase. So I'm going to (as much as I hate to) have to go buy the full version of Office and hoped that I would be able to sell the upgrade version...thanks in advance for any advice.

Take a look on ebay for the old version of office. It might be pretty reasonable. Plus I thought some sites (maybe smalldog.com but I forget) that were selling the stuff.

Google might be a good place.
