My old, personal iPod was broken and Apple just replaced it. So this is a brand new iPod, still in the plastic sheath that Apple sent it in. It comes with firewire cable, earbuds and a nice leather portfolio style case. Because the warranty is based on what my original warranty was, it has warranty until March 16, 2004
