FS: 3-week-old iBook 900 12" screen, stock Apple configuration with Combo drive, 128 Megs RAM, 40 Gig hard drive, running 10.2.8. This computer is eligible for the "Panther" 10.3 upgrade, I just haven't filled out and sent in the paperwork. 49 weeks of Applecare still remaining, and of course it's eligible for the purchase of additional Applecare.

The machine's in absolutely mint condition -- basically indistinguishable from a new machine both cosmetically and functionally.

All software disks, all adaptors, power cords, and extras, all paperwork included, shipped in original box.

Nice extra: I'll include the mini-VGA to S-Video/Composite video adapter that Apple sells separately, about a $20 value.

I'm looking for the first solid taker at $775 plus shipping,

PayPal accepted and given preference, USPS Money Orders also accepted, Local pick-up or dropoff for cash or equivalent in the Orange County/Los Angeles/San Diego area possible by arrangement.

Please e-mail me with any questions or offers: brent@fastermac.net

Thanks,
Brent

Nope they extended it. And 128 is the base ram in a 900 G3 I know I have one. Only mine has an additional 512 now. Thats a pretty good deal. Would you be willing to sell the AV connector seperate

Robert's correct. The up-to-date program was scheduled to end earlier, but has been extended until the 31st of January, 2004. There's news about it on Apple's main OS X page, or was a couple of days ago.

And 128 is the standard RAM for a G3 900 12" iBook. The new G4 12" comes stock with 256, and I think that the 14" G3 900 also comes with 256 stock.

Thanks,
Brent

(P.S. -- Robert -- thanks for your offer, but I'd prefer to offer the VGA adapter with the computer. They're pretty easy to find, though, if you need one.)

Right, Robert, that's the adapter that I meant, too. I just wasn't very clear about which adapter I meant when I was replying. Sorry.
