I just inherited an old mac and want to fix it up for my museum. If anyone out there has any old 32MB 72-pin SIMMs or a 245KB VRAM SIMM that would fit this LC III (aka Performa 450) and is willing to sell them CHEAP, I will happily pay shipping and a small fee.
The LC III is a 25MHz 68030 mac. Slow and useless, but a museum piece it is. It has no CD rom or ethernet, but external SCSI. I just want to max it out so that the few games and OS I put on it will run as well as they could back in 1993.
Anyone in the Xmas spirit to help an old Mac?
Heck, if someone has an old 240 to 512MB SCSI hard disk, I'll take that too. Whatcha say? Anyone out there in the giving mood?
