I'm ready to part ways with my beige g3 that i've had for about half a year now.

originally bought it for use as a music server.

specs:

.g3 458MHz upgrade not overclock
revB motherboard, supports dual drives/channel
.512MB ram (all slots full)
.30GB 7200rpm Maxtor drive
.cd drive works for software/reading data, not so hot for audio playing or cd ripping (full disclosure)
.pci usb card (no drivers necessary for osx)
.pci firewire card (no drivers necessary for osx)
.adb keyboard and mouse, no bad keys, etc...
.zip100 internal
.floppy (doesn't work in osx i'm told)

this was originally a 300MHz g3 beige tower so it has full video and audio, scsi, serial, etc.
I'm not sure if the onboard audio and video work in os X
10b/t onboard ethernet works

no modem

It currently has OSX.2 on it and runs fine. In many respects faster than my ibook g3 600, and it feels close in speed to a G4 400MHz.

I will include a full legal retail box of either OSX.1 & 9.2 discs or OSX.2. your choice.

i can take/post pictures.

ask: $260+shipping.
will settle for: make an offer

live in chicago? save some shipping dough...

edit: bump, any takers for $230+shipping?

Yes but Apple does not support it.
Smile. It will make people wonder what you're thinking.
