buyers beware,
I tired to set up a deal for my friend and put him in contact. My friend was ready to paypal the money and then this guy tried to pull the old Western Union Scam. When I called him on the scam, he stopped emailing.

Nope, I am not a SCAM. I agreed with a DJ, Guido Osorio, who paid me 1400 and did Western Union in 2 payments. Once upon the shipment of the computer and once upon the receipt of the computer. I included a copy of my license and wrote up an agreement for all that. I was in a real big hurry to sell it at that point.
Everything worked out, and Martial Danho and your friend were offering me really low amount of money, and plus Martial Danho was a pain since he had no car or n e thing and wanted to come down to my area, an hr ride from Boston. He was coming from New York and would be meeting at unusual hours which I was uncomfortable with.
Anyhow, I sold one computer successfully and have full proof to show it. And plus I have serial #'s to prove that I do have the computers. I will take PayPal, if anyone is interested.

Just to let you know, I was scammed by PayPal too, they don't care what happens once you send money.

Well, in that case, there is a scam everywhere you go in the world. But I just dont like when people arent sure. I am NOT a SCAM as stated and these are false statements. I just hate accusations. Yes, I admit I backed off in both transactions before since it was a very low amount of money and I wasn't satisfied.
Anyways, if anyone is interested please keep me posted. I can provide pics and serial #s. Also, will follow the same rule of the agreement letter and split payments into 2.
Interest check if anyone is still interested in Dual G4 1 Ghz MDD machines.

Offered you low money? $1300 shipped?
Plus, you accepted the offer!
Then wanted him to western union you the money.
Once he had questions, you stopped communicating.....
Thats a given right there!

wasn't there a scammer from the boston area that posted on here not too long ago?
Something about his publishing company going out of business and him needing to sell a few computers....
definitely consider an in person transaction if at all feasible. I think they have an apple store up there to, so it's always possible to meet up there.

I was just thinking the same thing when I looked at this thread. I've been trying to find the older thread but with no luck. There is something here though that reminds me very much of the older scam thread.

Unfortunately, all of you are wrong, and you may email Guido Osorio and his mom, Susan Perez, who paid for the computer whether or not I delivered the computer. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and what our society has come to. I AM NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG AND WILL GO TO ANY EXTENT TO PROVE THAT I AM NOT A SCAMMER.
I didnt want to list phone #s and email addresses however, since this Forum is accusing me of being a SCAM I have to clarify myself.
Please feel free to call Guido Osorio @ 1-201-936-9220 or email him @ DJGOMIX@aol.com or email his mom: susanp@wbls.com to clarify everything.
Anyways, well, if anyone is still interested in buying a computer please email me @ u_makram@Umassd.edu.
If this forum keeps on accusing me of being a scammer, then I believe you people have nothing else to do.
