I have a 10GB 2nd generation for sale. My old one was broken and this is the one Apple gave me to replace it instead of trying to fix my old one. This one has never been used, it still has the plastic wrapper with the "Don't Steal Music" writing on it.
It is under warranty until March 2004. It will include the earbuds with the unopened soft covers, the firewire cable and charger.
I also have a blue case for it. The case has a belt clip and the top opens on individual sides that open so you can get to the firewire or the hold switch without removing it from the protective case. It also has a plastic cover you can see through to keep the screen scratch free and an opening for the controls.
