I recently purchased this AGP PowerMac 400 only to get it's accompanying studio display. The seller refused to sell the display individually, so I bought the package and want to sell the computer to offset some of the cost.
I've had the computer for over a week now, and have used it without a problem. As a matter of fact, I'm using it right now to type this post.
Here's the specs.
AGP PowerMac 400
640 MB Ram (1-512, 2-64)
10 GB Hard Drive
DVD Drive
NO MODEM
Airport Card.
3rd party "Ortec" USB keyboard. It does have 2 USB ports. Has extra keys, but probably need some special driver to make them work.
Graphite Puck mouse.
3rd party SCSI card installed.
Currently has 9.2.1 and 10.3 installed, but would prefer to blank out the hard drive due to copywrite issues.
I do not have the original box, but will carefully pack and ship. Buyer to pay exact shipping cost.
How does $425 + shipping sound?
Thanks,
lw

I think it's the Sawtooth, because according to your link, the sawtooth had the dvi video card, while the GigE had the ADC card.
thanks,

I made you that offer for my PC. Still definitely on the table. I'll pay shipping both ways, even.

Little low for me...how about $375 + shipping?
Remember, although there isn't a modem, there is an airport card and 512 mb stick of ram. Those 2 items alone are worth around a hundred.

Thanks again, but quite frankly, if I add another computer to my household, I will surely lose a pretty decent wife.

I have this friend who may be interested in purchasing the wife...
Good luck selling this thing.

Looks like I got a little impatient. I took my computer to a local computer store and put it up on their consignment sale. If I don't get a good price, I'll come back here and email those who have now showed interest.
Thanks,
lw
