I'm looking for someone, maybe a collector or mac zealot like me, who will care and love for my suped-up iMac Dalmation and Flower Power babies. I will separate the two, as long as they are allowed to visit each other

Besides this site, are there any others that do a good job of advertising classifieds to collectors or vintage mac lovers? I don't just want to sell them to the highest bidder on Ebay.

regards,

Dear StinkyS,

I've been watching two auctions this week for flower power machines. They both sold over $600, and the prices for each seem right based on how rare they are and how much memory each machine had.

Both iMacs are in like new condition, and have been for my collection. Neither were used as production machines. Both have CD-R/W drives, both 500Mhz, both with dual boot OS 9.22 and OS X.2 Jaguar. The Dalmation machine has a new, faster, quieter 80 gig hard drive (professionally installed at my MacSpecialist retailer) and 512MB of memory, the Flower Power has 640MB of memory. Both are very fast, work like new, and kill me to sell them. Please make a strong offer that I can't refuse, or I'll be too tempted to keep them.

I can't really afford these right now. They should be kept as a set. I have a bunch of old working Macs around and I like each of them for different reasons.
If you wish, send me a PM with an e-mail, and I will get back to you if this new job works out.
Thanks for your time.
