I have some parts from a disassembled 2nd gen iPod. please email at zamnwo@hotmail.com with any questions

Back casing, would give it a 7/10 nothing major - $15

replacement battery - $45

scroll wheel- $15

circuit board with nonworking headphone jack, it can be soldered back on, but i dont have the skill for that - $15

front casing, would give it a 7/10 - $20

back casing from 1st gen, would give it 5/10 there is a small dent on top of it - $8

broken 20gb drive, it displays the folder icon when plugged in, and then a sad ipod icon, you might be able to ressurect it somehow, comes with the blue rubber padding - $50

apple case that came with the ipod - $10

2nd gen remote - $20

a nonworking battery, you could use it to replace the powerconnector on the battery - $10

the ribbon cable the connects the drive to the ipod circuit board - $15

jsut add $2 for shipping for each and i will cover the rest. thanks

well if you already have the ipod, which i assume you do, then you need your pc to have a firewire connector on it. if it doesnt then you need to have a usb 2.0 connector and buy a usb cable.

I already have an iPod, I want to make a 20gb hard drive out of a busted iPod, for quick backups. I dont care if it looks pretty or anything.

I think I just need the HDD, the controller board, and the connector.
