Greetings,
Looking to trade up to the new AL powerbook (preferably 1.25 GHZ). I am willing to pay cash in addition to the trade. Also, I am willing to sell the laptop for $1900 if there are no traders.

Thanks!

Looking around looks like $1800 is closer to what the laptop is worth, esp with the superdrive, the extra memory and the full Office and Panther discs. Give me some feedback!

Pictures would be very nice!
Please send some to "pbt@macnews.de"
If you don't mind, in what work environment did you use the machine?

Am I correct, this 'Book would have warranty till August 2004, then?

Regards,
PB.

hi, sorry I havent gotten the pics added or a link posted here. I have gotten some emails about the laptop and wanted to add some more info to those interested..

- pics? I have to pick up a disposable digital camera tonight and take some.

- other info.. there are 2 minor paint problems I am fixing. This is the paint flaking problem common with these. The one is a size of a tack head on the hinge, the other is the area around the lock hole where I didnt know how to use the lock and scratched it. I am taking the laptop to the local Apple store (Kenwood Mall - Cincy) to see if its covered. Otherwise, I need to buy a TiBook paint kit, so it will take a week before I can sell. There is one very minor scratch on the underside, but it not a show stopper.

- including iLife 2004 and a 256 Apple DIMM as the laptop has upgraded Smalldog memory (lifetime war).

- laptop is in great shape other than that.. sleeps most of the time, havent rebooted in 2 weeks etc.. non-smoker used mostly in the UC library and at gf or parents playing DiabloII .

I'll post more later.
