I bought this iPod in late Oct from the online Apple Store.
The earbuds have not been opened.
I have the original box and the outer box it shipped in from Apple. Everything that came with it is included.
I also have a clear Jam Jacket (retails for !9.95) that I will include.
I am asking $165 + $7 shipping
I have 100% positive feedback on ebay.

my daughter had decided that she wants a mini ipod and I am going to sell her 10 gb ipod that was purchased the same time I bought mine .
the specs are the same as the one that I mentioned in my first post.
