Did you get my email? I don't have the Powermate yet, nor did I get any kind of tracking info. What gives?

Ok, I've tried contacting you several times now. It's been 11 days since the end of the auction and I still haven't received the powermate or any info. If I don't hear back from you by tomorrow I am reporting you to ebay and paypal.

You did not ship until April 30th. I would like my shipping refunded. Since this seems to be the only way to reach you, please respond here.

Don't mean to get you mad anthony but most people have lives, ie. people sell stuff and will likely get the said item shipped when they can, seeing how things may occur in people's lives that are more important then shipping out your Powermate. Stop complaining, you got a great deal on an awesome tool. Be happy that things are on their way and get over it, but if the item arrives in unacceptable condition then go ahead and raise hell. I dont understand when onine trading and selling became corporate. Just playing devil's advocate here.

I understand that things come up, but 11 days later? Give me a break. I paid a certain shipping fee (which was higher than he actually paid to ship it) and was told it would be shipped out in a day. This guy avoided my emails, made up excuses, and now that I finally got the Powermate (May 3rd), I find that he did not include any of the software that it was supposed to come with. This guy is a clown and I would not recommend doing business with him.
