It's a three-CD game with jewel case and instruction booklet.

It's an old game. Does this game have any selling value?

Maybe a few bucks, but not much. Though if you are thinking of throwing it out, you should at least offer to give it to someone for the cost of Media Mail shipping (about 1.84 in my experience)
