Yes

but unless I can get the Pc laptop I am looking for

It is staying here with me, I have had no problems with it, Just that summer is coming in about 1 month and I would like to do some gaming.

I might be able to keep it if i come up with a couple more hundred dollars.

Reasons not to sell:

Viruses/Worms on a PC -- Sasser, MyDoom, SoBig (millions more, too many to list)
No spyware/adware
You can get a console (Xbox, PS2) for under $200. Better games than a PC or Mac.

pc laptops aren't the best for gaming...

unless you wanna spend a little more.

the xbox is a nice system that can be hacked to death to offer man gaming options.

and the cube is only $99...

hell, you could probably put together a nice desktop pc system for $300 that would play games great without selling yr ibook.
as ever,
sonny

Seriously.

Or, as he said, get a console.

PCs do things consoles never could. Try playing Civilization 3 on a console. Even if it were available, it would be painful at the 320x240 (estimation) tv resolution...with a 8 or 10 button controller (Civ3 has dozens of necessary key commands. Civ3 is one of many, many games like this.

sorry, a bit sick of people thinking a console is a replacement for computer gaming

Very good reasons

I have a Gamecube right now

I used to play counter strike 24/7 with friends, I miss that a lot, I have gotten many calls and i even got a offer of 700 cash

Anyways, With 700 I can only buy a desktop, And I am definitley not going back to that awful stage
