Hi,

I have a 1.25 PB with the following specs:

1GB ram
80GB 5400 rpm HDD
combo drive
backlit keyboard
Panther upgrade disks
Airport Extreme
Bluetooth

less than a year old, purchased in September/October, Applecare should be until that time this year.

I am also including a Brenthaven briefcase style laptop case that I purchased from Apple as well.

The screen is perfect, no dead pixels, no white spots. The hinge has worked perfectly for me. No cosmetic marks on the outside or inside.

Performance: Battery life for me has been on average 3-3.5 hours with Panther. I've run Virtual Pc with Win2k and it has appreciable speed, certainly more than I thought it would. I mainly used it for Autocad and Mathcad. The machine is quiet, and does get a little warm in the upper left hand corner in which case the fan comes on.

I'm asking 2000 + shipping or best offer. You can email me at erosener@hotmail.com or pm me here. I will use paypal, but will add $20 to help defer the cost of using it. Other wise we can use escrow.com.

Thanks

I think its a fair price if it were up on ebay but people here wont cough up that kind of cash on it. Try for $1950, I'm sure you'll get more hits that way. I think the big factor is that people could get the new 1.33 15" from Apple and would rather deal with Apple rather an online trader. $2099 is what your comp is going for on Apple's refurb site and thats without the 1gb ram, 5400HD, or the case. Wish you the best of luck.
NOW YOU SEE ME! 2.4 MBP and 2.0 MBP (running ubuntu)
