have the following working parts from a Titanium G4 Powerbook:

G4 Powerbook Titanium LCD display & keyboard (still attached & intact)-Casing has a few small scratches, but looks great on top.-$140 for entire casing, not incl. parts below:

Battery-$10

20Gig hardrive-$50
Model: MK2016GAP 20.003GB
9.5mm height on 2.5' form factor
Read ahead cache and Write cache
Rotational Speed: 4,200±0.1% rpm
