Will this work in a 867 G4 powerbook?

Well, I am not sure. I think that machine uses PC2100. While it might fit into the slot, I can not guarantee that it work.

Yes the memory will work in the PB 867 MHz model. The memory just scales down to PC2100 (266 MHz).
