Works like a champ. I have used this almost exclusively on an iCurve stand, with an external keyboard and mouse.
Purchased February 2003 from Macmall.com
*800 mhz G3 processor
*12" 1024x768 screen
*640 mb RAM (I consistently run iTunes, Word, Excel, iCal, and stickies simultaneously without any noticable slowdown)
*30 gb hard drive
*Airport card (wireless internet)
*32mb 2X-AGP ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 graphics card
*Box (the one it came in) included
Comes with black Timbuk2 laptop sleeve, a $40 value - (model previous to this year's)
http://www.timbuk2.com/tb2/catalog/c...?categoryId=21
All adaptors included (except for the s-video out, which I will try to find if you need it).
If you're interested in spanning over two monitors, I have the appropriate hack installed (been working for almost two years without a hitch). To elaborate, it's not really a "hack" either...they just turned off this option in the iBooks to make the 12" powerbook a better deal.
$775 shipped.
Just to let you shrewd negotiating types know... the same iBook is being offered refurb (powermax, smalldog) for $800, and that's without the extra 512 mb of RAM, Airport and sleeve.
Pictures upon request.
