Hey all..

I'm not really using my desktop to it's full potential, and I'd really like a G5 to compliment my new PB. This machine is very VERY fast, and usually yields 60-75fps in Doom III on high quality.

Athlon 64 3000+ - Clocked to 3200+ rock solid
Chaintech SK8T800 Motherboard
1024mb PC333 Crucial Ram - Clocked to PC400 speeds
120gb 2mb buffer HD
Leadtek A400 TDH 128mb (GeForce 6800) - Clocked to 6800GT speeds
48x CD-Rom
Windows XP Professional
Chieftec case with 2 80mm fans
Thermaltake 430w PS

I'm basically looking for a single processor G5 class machine, but I'd also take a dualie if we could strike a deal. 1.6 or 1.8ghz obviously.

Let me know by email justin216@charter.net if you are interested!

Thanks,
Justin

To be honest, the best you'd get straight up is around a 733-800mhz G4...ish. Your system can be built for around 800 new, which is what those are worth...Quicksilver models

I'm possibly interested, but if you're looking for a G5, there's no way for me.

BTW, how old is this system? Do you have any books, warranties etc? Any pics?
