For sale is a complete PowerBook G3/233 for repair or parts purposes. If you're looking for the MUCH MORE, look at the bottom of this post. The specs are as follows:
-233MHz G3 processor
-96MB RAM
-2GB hard drive
-20x CD-ROM drive
-1.44MB floppy disk drive
-GOOD battery (3+ hours)
-"Yo-yo" AC adaptor and power cord
-S-video to composite video adaptor
The PMU had gone bad and I replaced it. The machine booted (to OS X) for about a week. I tried to turn it on one day and it wouldn't, it exhibited the same symptoms as before I had replaced the PMU. Maybe it just needs another PMU, I'm not quite sure. In any case, I'm sure someone can fix it, or at least use the parts.
The hard drive has OS X, Office X, and Photoshop 7. I am also including the original manual and software CD. The software items are all legal copies that I personally purchased. I cannot remove them from the drive because I cannot boot the machine and I have no other machine that accepts small-form-factor hard drives.
