I've got a Dual Quicksilver 1 Ghz with 1 Gig of Ram and an 80 Gig hard drive.

Upon transferring to a new university I got a University laptop iBook
G4 so I didn't have a need for the tower anymore. I sold it on eBay
and shipped it out. Unfortunately it arrived DOA and I got it back.
Odd as it had an uptime of two months up to the day I sold it. Now
when you press the power button it just lights up and dims when you
let off and there seems to be no further boot process.

Anyways, I am not sure what the problem is, but if anyone might know I
can give you a good deal. Or if you need/want some Quicksilver parts.
As I said everything was working great until I shipped it, mabye
something jiggled loose in shipping.

$700 OBO

Hmm... Any chance you would just sell the processor daughtercard? If you would have me interest, lemme know here-

Or maybe you would want to do some sort of a trade. Thanks!

Would rather not part it out at this point but if I decide too I will post that here.

Being that the machine is out of commission, you might find much better luck parting it out.

I for one would be interested to hear how much you'd like for a 512MB stick of RAM.

Did you insure the shipping of the machine? Probably got battered in shipping which would cover the value of the machine.
