This is an iBook G3, 500 mhz with 10 gig HD and Airport Card included. The battery still runs for about 30 minutes on full charge. The LCD works but the backlight does flicker in and out from time to time. The HD, when connected to my other computers as a FireWire HD it runs through all Disk Utility processes without a hitch but when booting up it will not get through the OS X.3 boot up screen. Not sure what the problem is but it probably is nothing that a more technologically advanced person couldnt quickly figure out. I am selling this for $200, buyer pays shipping. These machines still sell for $500+ in good shape on Ebay and from refurb companies. $200 is a real deal if u have knowledge to fix it. I live right outside NYC so we can arrange to meet if u live in the area and have interest.
Edit: Forgot to mention that Optical Drive does not work. I have been using an external firewire SanDisk CDRW that runs on firewire power. I will include this with the iBook for the same price. Also the ram is maxed out at 640mb.
