Selling my dual 1ghz Quicksilver G4 w/1.5gb RAM, 22" Cinema Display, and Harmon/Kardon SoundSticks and iSub. The G4 and Display have AppleCare until 3-05. Both are in excellent condition. Asking $2400 for all. Full specs and pictures here:

Would the Soundsticks & Sub hook directly up to a G5 iMac or would I need additional hardware?

the soundsticks and isub only need a usb port to work. so yes they will work with an iMac G5.
