I sent you an e-mail about trading for your PB. Also, do you have any references? (since you are a new member)

sorry i have been really busy lately... The powerbook also had the upgraded vid card to 128vram. also it has the superdrive. Considering I paid over 2,600.00 for it, I wouldnt want to lose too much money.. But I could do somewhere around 2,400 or less. I am very open and willing to negotiate price. -Clint

Moderators, fellow traders,

Please beware of this seller. He agreed to trade with me on 3 occasions, then backed out 3 times. While dealing with me, he continued to solicit buyers in other forums. He has given me some very flaky excuses about why he wanted to back out, then proceeded to increase the price of the item every time we talked. The very last time he nixed the deal, he said his dad told him not to do it.

I have spent a lot of time and quite a bit of money (I purchased 1 GB of RAM because he said he would be sending his PB to me, and a MX900 mouse as part of the trade conditions) in anticipation of him closing the trade. It's quite frustrating when someone backs out 3 separate times and leaves you with a nice credit card bill.

I don't know if this person is fraudulent or not, but I would be careful.

He has just backed out again after "agreeing" to a 4th deal. To be honest, I'm not the least bit surprised.

I did backout after deciding that I did not want to sell my powerbook anymore. and again I state, I am sorry for the wasted time on both our parts, and I also agree that if anything is not returnable, I will compensate if necessary.
