Up for sale is an 500 mhz titanium G4 PowerBook. This computer is in excellent condition. No scratches on the screen, no bad pixels, very few scratches on the case. All ports have been tested and work properly. The battery does not hold a full charge. It will last around 45-60 minutes on the current battery. It also contains an Airport card. I will also throw in a 2nd battery that will last around two hours. $950

Includes yo-yo power supply. No software is included. OS 10.3 currently installed.

I thought the "Mercury" PowerBook G4 only existed in 400Mhz and 550Mhz versions.

I think the original rev was the 400mhz and 500mhz and the 550 is related to the first 667. AFAIK the 550 and 667 (VGA) were gigabit ethernet models where the 400/500 weren't. Easy enough to check at everymac.com but I'm too lazy

Just found the 500Mhz model in Mactracker, a very handy donationware reference tool for just this kind of thing.
