This is an authentic Pioneer OEM Superdrive taken out of my Rev. A PowerMac G5. The firmware is fully supported by all Apple applications so there are no patches or hacks required to make it native. Perfect condition... the only reason that I am selling is because I bought another drive. This drive should only be used in newer Macs that require the use of the keyboard eject key due to the lack of an eject button on the front of the drive.

CODE DVR-106PB

$75 shipped and thanks for looking.

Shouldn't that be 4X DVD-R? I used to have a Pioneer OEM DVR-106D.

That might be the case. I don't know off-hand so I just took a stab at it. I'll post some photos of the drive tonight, which also shows the Apple branded logo on the seal.
