I've got a 733 Mhz G4 processor here that came out of a Quicksilver tower after being upgraded to a 1.33 GHz Gigadesigns proc. Comes with the heatsink still attached, as well as the plastic heat duct and fan that were no longer necessary.

$50 plus shipping. One like it recently ended on eBay for $56 + $10 shipping.
