Up for sale is the following:

40GB 3 generation iPod
Sony Headphones (nothing special)
Ebony - eXo2 case
Mystery red case
Remote (I have to try and locate this tonight)

What you see is what you get. I am not including the cable, packaging, etc. The battery life on the iPod is good 7.5 - 8 hours still. There is some scratching on the back from putting the iPod in the case. The screen still has the existing screen protector on it (that sticky thing that everyone takes off) and thus has no scratches. There is no scratching of any kind on the front. I would like to get $250.00 for the item. I accept paypal and have good ebay feedback at CoffeeRider. The reason for sale is that I would like to purchase a 30 gig iPod photo.
