I bought 2 of these because my buddy was going to buy the other. Turns out that he can't and I'm stuck holding the bag. I'm posting this here before going to eBay, I figure I'd give you guys first shot at it.

For reference, the Current model is going to $1800.

That would be a good deal for me on eBay since Apple 23 -new aluminium model of course- is selling here at $2395 in Spain. But it your model is 100% OK not a problem getting the 'old school' style display. Shipment woes though...

angelmb - No, that eBay auction is not mine. I haven't listed it yet.
Since I haven't opened the display, I can only presume it is perfect. As I mentioned, I bought 2 and the one that I'm keeping is absolutely beautiful!

I have only shipped one item international (I'm in US) and it was quite a hassle.

If you are considering it, it is still up for sale! - That goes for eveyone :)

UPDATE:
I've had a few offers for the display, but one by one, each person changed their mind! I'm currently awaiting one reply (you know who you are!) As of right now, it's still for sale!

About the Sunset: the photo on my display was taken out the passenger side window while driving home from work one day! It's one of the first shots taken with with a new digital camera, and is still one of my favorite. Just a happy accident I guess
