i have an oem copy of photoshop elements 3 with corel painter essentials 2 and nik color efex pro 2 (photoshop filters) and wacom brushes.
all software is unregistered and comes with serial numbers on the sleave.
this was a special oem software bundle that came with my wacom tablet.
the software has never been registered and the purchaser would be the first to install and register these serial numbers.
$60 plus $4 priority mail shipping to the continental us.

if you are in need of photoshop elements 3 then save some money and get some really nice extras and get this brand new never registered oem version of the software.
