This is the "My wife wants a Mac mini out of the blue and I don't really have anywhere to put it" thread. I'd have posted this with my laptop and 5700 had I known it was coming.
First of all, I'm in Pekin, IL. I've traded here for over a year and had great success with a ton of guys at techreport.com's forums (hoser, idchafee, SuperSpy00bob, among others). I'm derFunkenstein at heatware. I've also bought stuff here (specifically some PC133 RAM for my iBook) from Buffalolee. All prices are including shipping, so nothing extra there.
First what's left:
Linksys 2-port KVM w/cables. asking $20 shipped.
and now the system:
The HDD has been sold from teh Compaq so here's hwat's left of the parts::
Pentium III 933 socket 370 CPU w/heatsink/fan: $20
2x128MB Samsung PC133 RAM: $20
1x256MB PNY PC133 RAM: $20
24x CD-ROM: $10
Win2K Pro OEM: $30
what's been sold so far:
Newcast 2800+ retail with heatsink. It's on a KV8-Pro Socket 754 motherboard. Buy the pair on newegg for ~$210 plus shipping or get them from me for $150 shipped sold: at the techreport.com forums
120GB Maxtor DiamondMax 9 7200RPM/8MB cache $50 shipped sold: at the techreport.com forums
USB 2.0 hard drive 3.5" enclosure. Black aluminum with acrylic top and bottom, looks nice. Includes power cord and USB2.0 cable. I'll get a pic up soon. Buy it with the HDD for $15 or by itself for $25. sold: at the techreport.com forums
80GB Seagate Baracuda 7200.7 SATA drive. 8MB cache/7200RPM. $40 sold: at the techreport.com forums

Since I got two PMs on the subject, I'll post here: I will have pics of the enclosures later this afternoon. I have to drive to the south side of Chicago in about 5 minutes (it's 5:30 am now and I've gotta be there by 9, and I'm in the middle of hte state).

sorry weazbert, I should have put where I X-posted it.
updated to reflect a different deal on the full PC system to note that I'll drop $70 for those who don't want Win2K Pro.
edit: I'm on drugs. The Firewire enclosure is a little less black than I said earlier. In fact it's silver. Here it is next to a real black enclosure (the USB2.0 one that was sold)

Willing to part out the PIII system something like this:
CPU: $20
2x128MB PC133 RAM: $20
20GB HDD: $15
CD-ROM: $10
All prices shipped. And that's really all I can remove from this machine...

The HDD has been sold. Added 256MB PC133 RAM.
By the way, the RAM works in a Sawtooth/Quicksilver, really any SD-RAM mac. I pulled them out of my Sawtooth and stuffed them into the Compaq to get it to run, but now I don't need them anymore. My sawtooth is full.
Added Win2K OEM: $30 shipped.

I've elected to keep the ZIP 250 and the FW enclosure, as I've decided to put them to use elsewhere. Windows 2000 deal completed at 2CPU.com forums.
So here's what's left:
The Pentium III Coppermine 933MHz - $20
2x128 and 1x256MB PC133 RAM (works in Sawtooth G4's as well as the PC, I can vouch for that, and since it's PC133 it should be fine in Quicksilver, too) $20 for either set of 256MB, or $35 for the whole 512.
The 24x CD-ROM. It's an official Apple CD-ROM, pulled from a B&W G3 and it was going to finish the PIII system and works fine in PC's as well as Macs. $10 shipped
The Linksys KVM w/cables - $20 shipped

update-related bump:
USB 2.0 card. 4 ports external and 1 internal: $12 shipped
40x TDK CD-RW: $18 shipped
Playstation 1 with an external GameShark, 1 controller, 3 memory cards, and the following games: Final Fantasy Anthology (FF V and FF VI), Final Fantasy VII, X-Men vs. Street Fighter, Street Fighter Collection (purchased at a rental house, so I'm just not counting that in the cost), Midway Greatest Hits vol 2, Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX, Bust-a-move 2. $50 shipped.
For Playstation2: Logitech's Netplay controller. It's a PS2 controller and in the middle of it is a regular-sized keyboard, great for online games. I got it for RPG Maker 2 only to find out that RPG Maker 2 sucks. I traded teh game in but they wouldn't trade the controller back in, so I'm kinda stuck with it. They go online for $60ish, and I'll let it go for $25 shipped
For Gamecube: Donkey Konga with Nintendo's bongo controller. $30 shipped
