Bought in February, then bought a used 12" powerbook that suits my needs better. This was an open box that sat for over a year in the back of the store. Looks great. Functionally perfect, but is missing one of the little feet things. If you look you notice it, computer doesn't rock or tilt that I noticed. But I can put a rubber foot on there for you. Aside from that this is like new. Does not come with all the orginal CDs, but can provide 10.2 that it shipped with (retail CDs). Apple updated the purchase date so the warantee is good to Feb '06.
Looks great, works great, gets 4 hours of battery life for normal use (watched a 2:15 DVD and had almost an hour of battery life left with the airport on).
