Couple things for sale

Powerbook G4 Titanium
• 15.2-inch wide-screen display
• 1 GHz PowerPC G4 processor
• Level 3 cache 1MB with 3.2-GBps
• 133MHz system bus
• Memory: 1GB SDRAM - 2 SO DIMMs
• Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 w/64MB DDR video memory
• Hard disk drive: 60GB Ultra ATA drive
• SuperDrive (2x DVD-R/16x CD-RW) - Firmware upgrade
• Ethernet: Built-in 10/100/1000BASE-T
• Modem: Built-in 56K V.90 modem (RJ-45 connector)
• AirPort antenna built-in
• System Software: Mac OS X version 10.3

Condition: This laptop is in perfect working condition. The screen is still very bright with no dead pixels. All the ports work perfectly and it is techinically working flawlessly. Cosmetically, there are typical bumps and dings that come from having been around awhile. I'll take some pictures and post them here later today. Paint flaking is not significantly noticeable and the hinges on the LCD are still strong. Comes with DVI-VGA adapter, power charger (with extension cable), and Panther restore CDs. Still under Applecare until (I believe) November '05. I do not have the original box, but I will ship it in the box that you get from Applecare (which is very sturdy and safe). Let me know if you have any questions.

$1200 shipped obo (Update: It's now up on eBay - Powerbook Titanium)

Airport Basestation
- Dual Ethernet
- 56k modem
- Comes in original box, with charger, and wall mount.

SOLD

To some people, these computers are very valuable because they are the fastest Powerbook that can boot into OS 9. Unfortunately, people around here aren't receptive to paying $1200 for a computer that is not new. People on eBay are willing to pay insane amounts for these things, so therefore, I'd recommend eBay if you're pretty firm on your price.

Thanks for the tip. I just hate paying those eBay fees... but I'll probably put it up on eBay later this afternoon. I'll post a link for those that might be interested.

Even with the fees, in many instances, I think you come out ahead by using eBay. People there are willing to pay out the ass for things for whatever reason. However, I could see how one could be philosophically opposed to paying those fees. They rape you on eBay, and then they rape you on PayPal.

Are you accepting any trade offers for the Tibook, or is it a sales-only posting?

The base station is sold. I'm willing to consider trade offers, but I'm primarily looking for cash. Thanks,
