I would like to sell my old MAC OS X Tiger CD+Box. It was used on my previous powerbook which was replaced by Apple, in return I got a new powerbook that had Tiger pre-installed. Therefore I have I an extra version of Tiger sitting around that I will never use. It was only installed on the one system, which was shipped back to apple for the replacement. Before I sent back the faulty powerbook I wiped out the hard drive and installed 10.3 which came with it.
**SOLD**

Its been installed already so are you sure it will still work on another computer? I can give you 50 for it if it works. Let me know.

It's not like Windows. A person could install the OS on as many systems as they want with the same disk. Legally a person would need to have purchased the license to install it multiple times. It doesn't require a key code or to be registered/activated.

The way I look at it as, the key is no longer registered to any apple computer. The lemon computer that was sent out was most likely wiped out of their system and when it was sent back it didn't have Tiger installed.

Sorry I would like to get more than $50.00 on this. Like I said it was installed once on my lemon powerbook, which was sent back to Apple 2 weeks ago. I cleared out the harddrive and installed 10.3 back on the machine. There are no copies of this cd floating around and it is not currently installed on any machines, since I recieved my new powerbook with Tiger installed.

You think apple always plays by the rules? Its a dog eat dog world buddy. Honestly regardless of what you say nobody is getting hurt from a few pirates. Granted if everyone started doing it there would be a problem. But then apple would think of better protection. But as of right now why should I shell out $129 when they really don't care. Morality? Give me a break, there is none in the business world and if you think there is your a tool.

Most here understand Apple is a niche company as such we need to and feel right by supporting them, if you need the OS $129 is not much to come out of pocket, educational discount are even better. I am sorry if you can't afford this, you could try getting a job instead of stealing?

If you don't NEED it the OS that CAME with your computer will work just fine for years to come.

If you think you NEED the latest and greatest and that you deserve it for free then you are the tool here. People put hard work into the system and they deserve you not pirating it.

You are only fooling yourself and I feel sad for you if it makes you feel better that "others pirate too" LOL!!L11L!

Lastly, why don't you just go download it and not get anyone else involved in your theft?

I think he's a reble without a clue here.

I see, if you were the only one doing it, and only a few others, that would be one thing. The truth is, you are very common, as is your attitude. You don't deserve something people work very hard on for nothing.

I bet if you design, you steal the art you need off the net then too, based on your attitude here. You have to credit people with the hard work they do.

It's called an honor system. (Re: Better Protection)
You are the reason poeple have locks on their doors.

10 percent of people are never going to steal.
80 percent are going to if given the chance.
10 percent more will always steal.

Where do you fit in? 90 percentile. Pretty Pathetic. Those are real numbers.

You are stealing, and do not have the right to use what you steal.
I cannot be any clearer than that.

You officially suck.
